Freddie Clark (fclark@bdh.tax) is a UK qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ). He heads up the UK corporate side of the business at bdh Tax.
He has extensive experience advising owner-managed businesses and private companies across a broad range of accounting, taxation and commercial matters. Freddie supports clients with statutory accounts, UK corporation tax compliance and planning, remuneration strategies, business restructures and wider business advisory matters.
Freddie takes a practical and straightforward approach, focusing on making complex accounting and tax matters easier to understand and helping clients make informed commercial decisions.
Outside of work, Freddie enjoys spending time with his wife and their three young children, following cricket and getting out for bike rides. Having recently moved from the UK, he and his family also enjoy adventuring and exploring everything Australia has to offer.
